2. Products & Orders
All products listed are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

We accept various forms of payment including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within India.
Payments must be completed in full before dispatch unless eligible for COD.
Orders above ₹5,000 are not eligible for COD.
4. Shipping & Delivery

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return if eligible (see below).
6. Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@rpoid.com with images and order details.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
8. Intellectual Property
